We understand that our environmental, social and governance goals and targets extend beyond our direct business operations to our stakeholders. As part of our responsibilities as a leading real estate property management and acquisition, we regularly and actively engage with our stakeholders.
We utilize a range of mechanisms to establish clear and open communication. Doing so has allowed us to better understand each other’s concerns and expectations on a wide variety of issues including corporate priorities, performance and how we will manage emerging trends. In line with our sustainability strategy, we regularly conduct materiality assessments to improve the quality of information provided to investors and to ensure our material issues are up to date.
INVESTORS ENGAGEMENT:
A fundamental component of GRI reporting – is the key starting point to connect business strategy with reporting and to demonstrate how our business responds to the legitimate needs and concerns of its main stakeholders. Link considers the materiality matrix as an important tool to identify the most relevant environmental and social priorities that are consistent with its business strategy and to fulfill the requirements of the GRI Standards international reporting requirements.
We believe collaboration nurtures the interdependencies among our many stakeholders, which will ultimately improve the overall resilience and long-term sustainability of the Link ecosystem. Engaged and aligned investors are important to our business and strategy. We engage with Unit holders and fixed-income investors, as the providers of capital necessary to support our growth, to keep them up to date on the financial performance and overall sustainability of CHRIFE.
Tenants
Our tenants are our strategic partners in delivering a desirable buyers environment for our tenants. We actively engage our tenants through CHARIFE’s Tenant seminar and continue to create environments that inspire success to increase value for our tenants.
